These people can belong to different circles: inside or outside the organization, a professional or social/family connection.
From within the organization: From the team/ from the department/ other departments or other branches (in Israel or abroad).
Outside the organization: Professional relationship (from the past, or in other circumstances), or social/family relationship, etc.
Please specify 2-4 People from within the organization, and 2-4 people outside the organization, who contributed and are contributing to your professional development.
For each of them, define "organizational/social affiliation" (from where you know each other), and evaluate the characteristics of the relationship between you: Frequency of meetings, how close you feel, and the extent to which these connections provide professional and personal support.
